TechTeam Global Inc. of Southfield announced a five-year, $4 million IT deal with Philip Morris International.
The company will provide help desk support services for PMI’s information technology infrastructure in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The help desk support will be given in five languages for more than 9,000 employees.
TechTeam provides information technology and business process outsourcing to both Fortune 1000 corporations and multinational companies as well as small-mid-sized companies and government agencies.
