National Wine & Spirits is expanding its operations in Brownstown Township this year with a 225,000-square-foot addition to its facilities on 18472 Allen Road.The Michigan Economic Development Corp granted the alcohol distributing company a $58,500 tax credit for the $26.5 million project. The development will significantly expand the company’s warehousing and office spaces for southeast Michigan.National Wine & Spirits plans to raze a small, vacant building on the parcel and build the addition on the site.
