Rochester Hills-based Fairview Place is getting ready to finish the first phase of the Fairview Condo Development in Hazel Park this spring.
 
The 48-unit development is the first condo development in Hazel Park. It will be at the corner of Woodward Heights and Vance streets next to the Viking Ice Arena. The project will have five phases in total.
 
The brownstone-style townhouses will range in size from 1,150 to 1,500 square feet and come with two to three bedrooms. Each unit will come with attached parking, a fireplace, master bathroom, in-unit laundry machines, cathedral ceilings and private patios. They are priced between $139,000 and $160,000.
