The Belle Isle Grand Prix, part of the “3 Days in the D” celebration held Labor Day weekend, drew more than 100,000 people to the metro area – and brought about $53 million to the area. The weekend’s festivities included the Grand Prix, the Detroit International Jazz Festival and Arts, Beats and Eats in Pontiac.
