American Laser Centers adds 135 positions to its Farmington Hills HQ, still actively hiring

American Laser Centers is booming. Recently named number 403 on Inc. Magazine‘s today annual list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the United States, the Farmington Hills-based company has added 35 clinics across the country this year alone, bringing its total to 191 corporate and 29 licensed.

ALC employs close to 1,400 people, including 125 at its head-quarters. Dr. Kathleen Gilmore, corporate medical director and vice president, attributes the company’s success to its centralized operations. “There was a lot of effort early on develop a fundamental background and a call center. Our clinics are standardized across the board, and we focus a great deal on quality and safety and customer service.”
