The guides feature twelve for-sale housing developments including both rehab and new construction and traditional floorplans as well as lofts. Projects high-lighted include 55 W. Canfield (pictured), Crystal Lofts, Historic East Ferry District, Moorie Townhouse Estates, Springfield Lofts and The Park Shelton along with six other projects. Each of the developments has NEZ designation and the developers are offering special pricing incentives through the housing guide.
