Excerpts:

Fire Chief Tim Wangler said the 52-year-old station has multiple challenges and that replacing the entire building would probably prove more cost effective than trying to renovate it.

Assistant Director of Public Service Bob Fox said the Lincoln Hills Clubhouse opened in 1965 and is starting to look its age.
