Eton Street Station in Birmingham reduce prices to to close out the project
Crosswinds has reduced prices of one of its tonier projects, Eton Street Station in Birmingham, to pump up sales.
Crosswinds Communities has reduced prices by $100,000 for its Eton Street Station project in downtown Birmingham.
The price reduction is meant to stimulate sales to close out the project. So far 83 units of the 123-unit development have sold. “We’re providing much more value for the dollar in the Birmingham market,” said Jim Agemy, director of sales for Crosswinds Communities.
The brownstone-style lofts are built at the corner of Eton Street and Villa Road. Each unit include a two-car attached garage, brick exteriors, 90% high efficiency furnace, Anderson windows and doors, walking distance to downtown Birmingham . Prices start at $249,990.
