HR Technologies is moving to Madison Heights, bringing 35 employees with them. The company, an auto supplier working with laminate materials, outgrew the 37,000 square foot space it that it was leasing in Sterling Heights.
Jon Austin, Madison Heights’ city manager, says that overall his city is doing well in terms of commercial real estate althougth “This one sat a little bit longer because it is a little larger.” He attributes the success to the city’s “great location with access to I-75 and I-696.
