Director’s Corner: Development Ready Communities
Wayne County has created a pilot program based on the results of communities that have successfully attracted new businesses and real estate developments. It's called Development Ready Communities and it's designed to facilitate development by bridging the gap between different levels of government, providing critical resources, and managing the expectations of the development community.
