The first tenants of the condominium project near downtown are expected to be able to move in this spring. The $2.9-million project consists of 18 townhouses at Vinewood and 6th streets. The houses are about 1,500 square feet each and come with attached, two-car garages. They are priced between $170,000 and $190,000.

The first phase calls for two buildings with four units each. Those units are scheduled to be finished and ready for move in this spring.

Wyandotte-based Destiny & Shea Builders are behind the project.
