Crosswinds Communities is gearing up to pick up the slack of other developers and finish off the Stonegate Pointe development in Pontiac in the second half of this year.

Crosswinds has set up a temporary sales trailer and moved a full-time community sales manager into the development on Elizabeth Lake Road near the intersection of M-59 and Telegraph Road. The developer is also reaching out to local real-estate agents to help bolster sales when it holds a grand opening in the second week of September.

The project, which has been headed up by two different developers before Crosswinds, features hundreds of single- and multi-family homes, starting at $159,900. Crosswinds is finishing out the single-family home portion of the development, which includes 84 home sites. If the single-family home portion of the development proves successful, Crosswinds will consider finishing the project’s multi-family structure part, too.
