Company officials said a significant increase in demand for RTI simulators prompted the move to a facility that offers a suitable environment for developing, constructing and testing simulators and simulation hardware.

The new office is 3,900 square feet in size and includes a warehouse and loft, up from 1,200 square feet in the old office next door.

RTI opened in 1998 with two employees and SimCreator software, a realtime simulation and modeling system. Since then, Realtime Technologies has grown to 12 employees and added six distinct products: SimVehicleLT, SimVista, SimObserver, SimLights, SimForce, and SimSurface.
