One Point Solutions has been around for 11 years and the lowest annual growth it has experienced is 125 percent. “That’s been through up and down markets,” says Ron Flannery, president of One Point Solutions. “We’re always growing.”That growth is the fuel that has driven the Highland-based firm to expand from two to seven employees. Three of those have been hired within the last five months and the company expects to add another 1-2 people by the first quarter of next year.And then there are the 5-10 independent contractors and the occasional intern the information technology management firm gives work to.
