Downtown Northville is in line for more housing later this year when Connective Communities is set to announce the Corner House development.

The Royal Oak-based developer is reworking floor plans for the project and deciding between two different architectural designs. One of the designs calls for 11 units while the second calls for 21 units.

The development will go up at Griswold and Cady streets between Northville Downs and Ford Field/Mill Race Park. It replaces an old house that was razed to make way for the project.

Connectiv Communities also has developments in Royal Oak and Plymouth. For information, call (248) 497-2163.
