More than 40 percent of the units have been reserved in the second phase of the Metro Lofts in downtown Royal Oak.
The second phase of the development features 45 lofts in a four-floor building, 333 E. Parent St. The units are priced between $270,000 and $459,000 and range in size from 950 square feet to 2,400 square feet.
