Sales moving forward at Fairview Condo Development in Hazel Park
Fairview, Hazel Park’s first condo development, is making brisk sales in a tough market.
Fairview, Hazel Park’s first condo development, is making sales in a tough market. So far three of the first phase’s 12 units have sold. The second of the five planned phases is expected to break ground when six or seven units of the first phase have sold.
The 48-unit development features brownstone-style townhouses, ranging in size from 1,150 to 1,500 square feet. Each brownstone comes with two to three bedrooms, attached parking, a fireplace, master bathroom, in-unit laundry machines, cathedral ceilings and private patios. They are priced between $139,000 and $160,000.
Rochester Hills-based Fairview Place is behind the project at the corner of Woodward Heights and Vance streets next to the Viking Ice Arena. For information, call Bill Hitchcock at (248) 544-1750.
