Dialogue Marketing is sinking $5 million into its Troy operations, an investment that is expected to create 230 new jobs over the next five years.The Auburn Hills-based firm worked out a tax incentive deal with the Michigan Economic Development Corp to make the investment in Michigan instead of a competing site in Utah where the company also has a facility.
