Every businessman or woman wants their business to grow and grow and grow. Christophe Sevrain at Bloomfield Hills-based CJPS Enterprises knows how to make that happen.

“When people hire us it’s not for a little growth,” Henderson says. “It’s for huge growth. That’s all I know how to do.”

The consultant and veteran entrepreneur formed CJPS eight years ago even though he was thriving in an upper management corporate position in Chicago. However, the work didn’t make him as happy as helping new business ventures take flight, so he started CJPS.

“I am a true entrepreneur, so working for a large company wasn’t really doing it for me,” Sevrian says. But creating a consulting firm that coaches other companies to grow did. CJPS’s revenue have doubled every year since it founding. The company currently has 12 employees and expects to hire a a few more if business continues to go as well as it has.

However, Sevrian doesn’t want to grow too big, too fast. He prefers his growth be incremental.

“Even though our job is to grow companies we don’t want to grow too much because I want to be involved with every client,” Sevrian says. “Because of that we keep our client base small.

CJPS focuses on the healthcare industry. It’s client base ranges from hospitals looking to cut costs to small businesses trying to expand and diversify.
