City Garden Condos start construction in Wyandotte

Construction on the City Garden Condominium project in Wyandotte has started in earnest. The builders expect to finish building the project by May or June.

New Port-based developers Dahlquist Ryan Builders is building four townhouses near downtown Wyandotte at the corner of Oak and 4th streets. The $700,000 project will build four attached townhouses. Each townhouse will be 1,550 square feet with a wraparound porch and two-car garage. Prices are set at $179,000 for each unit.

The developers expect the project’s proximity to downtown and the Detroit River will be key selling points.
