Work on a triangular retail building, 34400 Woodward Ave., near downtown Birmingham is nearing completion.
Most of the work is finished on the single-story building bordered by Woodward Avenue, Elm Street and Bowers Street. The owner is just waiting for a tenant to sign up for the 2,800-square-feet of retail space on the east side of Woodward before completing the project.
