Work is underway on the new offices for Foley Mansfield in downtown Ferndale and is expected to wrap up late this year.
The environmental-clean-up firm is renovating offices at 130 E. 9 Mile Road. The building, which once housed the Ferndale Public Schools district offices, has served as an office building for years near the intersection of 9 Mile and Woodward Avenue. A new glass atrium is being added to the building as part of the project.
