Josephine Creperie and Bistro

241 W. Nine Mile
248-399-1366
West of Woodward

In a relaxed and charming setting, Josephine delivers both savory and sweet crepes, and other French fare such as Chicken Coq Au Vin and Duck Confit. The Sunday brunch menu offers all the mainstay crepes, but swaps out the nightly dinner entrees with egg dishes such as Eggs Florentine and Filet and Eggs. On the last Wednesday of each month a five-course prix fixe dinner is served ($30 per person), including a vegetarian entrée option, aptly named Last Wednesdays, with a menu designed to highlight a specific region of the world which has a French influence on the cuisine. Be prepared: the wine list here is slim, offering only the house made options. However, if you’re looking to source a solid bowl of French onion soup, this is the place to visit.
