Description:Provides operational leadership for the Detroit Riverview Center's workforce development programs. Manages all day-to-day aspects of implementing and operating a training center that includes: program planning, budgeting, financial management, customer service, instructional facilities management, program scheduling, and public relations. Desired Qualifications Masters of Science in business administration,
organization management, educational management or related areas. More
than five years experience at an executive leadership level in a
continuing education and professional development position in a higher
education setting.
Requirements:Bachelors of Science (Arts) in business administration, human resources development, management, education or related areas. Five years of managerial experience in an education, training or human resources development setting. Five years of experience in a workforce development, career placement, or human services counseling setting. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
