Dearborn to raze Montgomery Ward building for new multi-use structure

Dearborn and the city's developer Redico plan to raze the old Montgomery Ward building in the city's downtown so a new, three-story structure can be built in its place for two healthcare companies. The project is expected to bring in $45 million in investment, 500 new jobs and help enliven that corner of downtown.
