In four short years
PMV Technologies has gone from 24 to 40 employees, is looking to fill positions now and expects to add another 10 to 20 people within two years.
That's growth by any one's measurement.
But the hits don't stop there. The Troy-based IT firm has seen four years of 100% growth in revenues, anticipates 70% growth this year and is moving into roomier digs to account for it bulging staff. Its new offices -- in a building on Stephenson Highway in Madison Heights-- will feature space for a top-tier network operations center, help desk and a client training room.
PMV specializes in making sure other businesses' IT systems work without problems. The theory goes: by managing and outsourcing computer system management, clients have more reliable systems and lose less of their valuable productive time trying to correct frustrating computer snafus.
