The riverfront in Detroit is a zone that is very new and very old. It evokes the grand era of early 20th century high-rise living amid development of early 21st century habitats. From the Renaissance Center to the Roostertail and north to Lafayette Park and Indian Village, “RivView” is taking a decidedly Detroit edge.
